Caregiver – Fast Hiring Process – $17–$20/hr

Thema Home Care is seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers to provide ADL and home health support to clients in the Phoenixville area. Monday-Friday shifts and Weekend Day/Evening shifts are available with flexible scheduling options.

Thema Caregivers make a difference by supporting older adults with activities of daily living, assisting with instrumental activities of daily living, and providing companionship.

Job Requirements

• Must commit to at least 20 hours per month
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to perform personal care
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and client-focused

Job Duties

• Assistance with transfers and mobility
• Assistance with bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
• Following and implementing client care plans
• Transportation to appointments when necessary
• Documenting care notes
• Providing companionship and social engagement
