Job Summary

Our elderly residents receive the very best care in a small home like setting. We strive to show them love by making them feel spoiled through our personalized and compassionate care we give. We are open 24/7/365 and our caregivers work 8 hour shifts giving care to our residents. This position requires availability throughout the day and week to ensure continuous support for our residents. While the job can be demanding, the rewards of providing high-quality assistance to individuals in need are immeasurable.

Responsibilities

- Support residents with personal care tasks and hygiene needs - Engage residents in various activities to promote well-being - Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean environment - Report any incidents or changes in residents' conditions promptly - Demonstrate swift and responsible actions during emergency situations

Experience

- Compassionate and respectful demeanor towards residents - Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport effectively - Strong ethical standards and integrity - Physical stamina to meet the demands of the role - High school diploma or equivalent qualification

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
