PAY RATES

$17.00/hr – Monday through Friday $18.00/hr – Saturday & Sunday

Shifts range from 4 to 11 hours. Caregivers with the broadest availability earn the most hours — the more open you are, the more we can give you.

AM and PM shifts available, weekdays and weekends. This is not a guaranteed full-time position, but full-time hours are available for the right candidate.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean home environment
• Transport clients to appointments and outings (mileage reimbursed)
• Use assistive devices including gait belts and Hoyer lifts (training available)
• Assist with mobility; lifting up to 35 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 70 lbs
• Report changes in client condition to supervisory staff promptly

REQUIREMENTS

• 18 years of age or older
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience (personal or professional)
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable personal vehicle
• Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check
• Comfortable working in homes with pets and with clients of all genders
• Willing to travel across the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho metro area

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Weekend availability (Saturday and/or Sunday strongly preferred)
• Open availability across multiple days and shifts
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Experience with Hoyer lifts or transfer equipment
• CNA, HHA, or personal care aide certification a plus
