As a Caregiver for Quadriplegic Clients with SYNERGY HomeCare of Allen, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with quadriplegia. About the Role

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality, compassionate care to individuals in their homes. This may include:

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing companionship and social interaction
• Assisting with mobility and transferring clients
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting changes in client condition
• Provide exceptional care and support to clients in their homes
• Collaborate with our clinical team to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
• Participate in ongoing education and training to ensure the highest level of care
