• Orlando, FL – Full-Time & Part-Time Positions
• Eustis, FL – Morning & Overnight Shifts
• Cape Canaveral, FL – Part-Time
• Davenport, FL – Bilingual Caregiver Needed

Job Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care and mobility
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
• Follow individualized care plans
• Communicate client needs and concerns to management

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions
• Previous caregiving experience preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction.
• Engage the client in conversation, games, hobbies, and recreational activities.
• Accompany the client on walks, outings, appointments, or community activities as authorized.
• Encourage independence and participation in daily activities.
• Provide reminders and assistance with routine activities as outlined in the service plan.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment related to the companion service.
• Observe and report changes in the client’s condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain client confidentiality and respect the client’s dignity, privacy, and personal choices.
• Complete required service documentation and time records.

Qualifications

• Caring, reliable, patient, and professional.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow the client’s service plan and agency policies.
• Must meet applicable background screening and training requirements.
• Previous caregiving or companion experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation may be required, depending on the assignment.
