Responsibilities: - Provide personal care assistance to client, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Bed bound, rotate in bed, incontinence care. transfer from chair to chair
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques, Hoyer lift
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding and ensure dietary needs are met
• Support clients in maintaining a clean and safe living environment; house cleaning
• Provide companionship, run errands
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Advocate for resident rights and ensure their dignity is respected

Experience: - Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role is preferred - Knowledge of basic first aid procedures - Familiarity with systems for lifting and transferring clients safely

Qualifications

• Core skills in caregiving, Hoyer lift
• Premium skills in first aid, patient observation, and patient care
• Ability to perform ADLs and cooking tasks
• Knowledge of CNA duties and residents' rights
• Familiarity with home health practices and first aid procedures

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $19.50 per hour
