Adonai Healing Health Agency LLC is expanding its non-medical home care services throughout Montana. We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated individuals interested in joining our growing caregiver team.

We welcome applications from Caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and individuals with experience assisting seniors and people with disabilities.

Our mission is to help individuals maintain their independence, dignity, safety, and quality of life while receiving compassionate assistance in the comfort of their homes.

We are currently accepting applications for upcoming client assignments throughout Montana.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a caregiver with Adonai Healing Health Agency LLC, you will provide essential non-medical assistance to individuals who need support with everyday activities.

You will play an important role in helping clients remain comfortable, safe, and independent in their homes.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others and committed to providing reliable, respectful, and compassionate care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Assist with walking, mobility, repositioning, and safe transfers.
• Prepare meals and assist clients with eating when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization.
• Provide medication reminders according to authorized care plans and agency policies.
• Assist with shopping, errands, and appointments when assigned.
• Observe and report changes in client conditions to the appropriate supervisor.
• Document services accurately using the agency's electronic care management system.
• Maintain client privacy, confidentiality, dignity, and respect.
• Follow individualized care plans, infection prevention procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and agency supervisors.

All services must remain within the caregiver's training, assigned responsibilities, and applicable Montana requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving, home care, assisted living, personal care, or a related field.
• CNA certification, HHA training, or PCA experience preferred but not required for every position.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, respectful, and dependable.
• Ability to follow instructions and individualized care plans.
• Basic ability to use a smartphone or electronic documentation system.

Employment Requirements

• Successfully complete applicable background screening requirements.
• Complete required orientation and training before providing services.
• Meet applicable Montana caregiver qualification requirements.
• Have reliable transportation to assigned client locations.
• Possess a valid driver's license and appropriate insurance when driving clients is required.
• Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and respect for client confidentiality.

Bilingual Applicants Encouraged

Applicants who speak English and Spanish are encouraged to apply. Additional language skills are a plus.

COMPENSATION

Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour

Hourly Pay Range: $17.00–$21.00
