Crossroads is building a dedicated team of experienced professional caregivers to support one private client requiring around-the-clock care from multiple caregivers. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a consistent, long-term care team where you'll build meaningful relationships and make a lasting impact every day.

Unlike traditional home care positions that involve traveling between multiple clients, this role allows you to focus on providing exceptional care for one individual in a stable, supportive environment. We are also offering a compensation agreement that allows for quick advancement from the starting hourly wage of $25/hour.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available

What You’ll Do

* Provide hands-on support to help client remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home * Support safe movement, transfers, and general ambulation as needed * Prepare meals, assist with light housekeeping, and help maintain a clean, safe home environment * Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility * Provide companionship and engage client in meaningful activities such as conversation, games, reading, or hobbies * Offer transportation to appointments or errands when appropriate * Provide medication under supervision of a nurse * Observe and document changes in condition, and communicate updates or concerns to the...
