Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
• Monitor and document patient observations, reporting any changes in health or behavior to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients, adhering to hygiene standards.
• Offer specialized care for individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Follow HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and privacy at all times.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Support clients in long-term care settings such as nursing homes or group homes as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in patient care is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Knowledge of dementia care practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to recognize changes in clients' conditions.
• Compassionate demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Ability to perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean environment for clients.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
