Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience, certifications, reliability, and overall qualifications.

• Friday 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Saturday 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Sunday 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Responsibilities

As a valued member of our care team, you will

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Provide safe mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation.
• Provide medication reminders and medication assistance as permitted.
• Observe and promptly report changes in clients' physical, emotional, or cognitive condition.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Provide companionship while promoting dignity, respect, and emotional well-being.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding assistance, hydration, and nutritional monitoring.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and client needs.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, healthcare professionals, family members, and teammates to ensure continuity of care.
