Home Helpers of the River Region is hiring compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide one-on-one care for seniors in their homes.

Available Shifts

• Weekday Daytime availability needed: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• One-on-one care in clients' homes
• Opportunities throughout Prattville, Wetumpka, Millbrook, and surrounding communities

What You'll Do

As a caregiver, you'll help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with walking, mobility, and transfers
• Support clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's, and other conditions
• Make a positive difference in someone's day!

Caregiver Requirements

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
• Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP, or in a similar role is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude
• Availability to work daytime hours between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM
