DUVENS Home Care LLC is looking for a compassionate, dependable Homemaker & Companion Caregiver to provide non-medical home care services that help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

Hiring Process

Our hiring process consists of two steps

Step 1

Virtual Zoom Interview (20–30 minutes)

Step 2

In-person interview, document verification, and paid orientation (for selected candidates)

Please be prepared for your Zoom interview by joining from a quiet, distraction-free location with your camera on.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Prepare light meals and snacks.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Assist with laundry and linen changes.
• Run errands and grocery shopping.
• Provide medication reminders (non-medical only).
• Accompany clients on walks or recreational activities.
• Report concerns to the agency promptly.
• Maintain accurate daily documentation.
• Treat every client with dignity, respect, and compassion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
• Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Screening.
• CPR certification is a plus (or willing to obtain).

Current Schedule

• Part-time
• Starting with approximately 2 days per week
• Opportunity for additional hours as new clients are added

Applicants must have reliable transportation to travel to clients within our service area.
