Caregiver (Part-Time) PCA Personal Care Assistant

*Immediate Hire* Looking to hire caregivers to work in the Cayce/ West Columbia/Lexington. All shifts are hiring - morning, evenings, nights, overnights & weekends! We are looking for candidates with Dementia and Alzheimer Care experience, too!

We need caregivers to fill the following shifts within the following hours ASAP!

Irmo, Leesville, Lexington, Cayce, West Columbia, NE Columbia - Daily Shifts Available

We are looking for part-time and PRN competent personal care assistants to support our senior community in their everyday lives with their ADL (activities of daily living). We need applicants that have reliable transportation and can work in the Columbia/Lexington/NE areas. If you’re a compassionate, positive person who isn’t afraid to work hard, then this is a job for you. We expect you to be polite and a good communicator. Experience in housekeeping tasks and caring for the elderly or sick will make you a strong candidate. This position is ideal for applicants whom are currently working and looking for additional work on an as needed basis. Please call or email us if you are interested. Responsibilities

• Ensure clients receive their medication on time
• Support clients who can’t move on their own
• Help clients dress, bathe, eat etc.
• Assist clients with physical therapy exercises
• Cook meals according to the customer’s restrictions
• Help customers with their shopping
• Do necessary housekeeping to maintain a clean environment
• Provide emotional support
• Inform the care coordinator of changes in client
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
