Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, ambulation, transfers)

* Provide transportation to grocery stores, doctor appointments, and pharmacy visits * Support clients with active and passive mobility exercises as outlined in their care plan * Document any changes in the client’s condition and report to the Director of Nursing *
