Job Overview

We are hiring dependable caregivers to provide in-home senior care, companionship, and personal assistance to older adults in the Johnson City area and nearby communities.

Pay & Schedule

Competitive pay: $13–$15 per hour

Flexible scheduling (days, evenings, weekends available)

Part-time and full-time opportunities

Minimum 3-hour shifts (no short visits)

Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Caregiver / Home Care Aide / Companion, you will provide

Companion care and social interaction

Light housekeeping and home safety support

Meal preparation and assistance with daily routines

Transportation to appointments, errands, and outings

Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing assistance)

Medication reminders

Dementia and Alzheimer’s support (training provided)
