Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care giver to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients in the patient home. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, monitoring patient health, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care.
• Support patients in understanding their treatment plans and provide emotional support.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in patient areas, adhering to infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient care.

Skills

• Knowledge of medical terminology to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.
• Experience in long-term care or inpatient settings is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. If you dont have we can get you certified.
• Ability to handle medical records accurately and confidentially.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact compassionately with patients and their families.
