Job Responsibilities

• Provide caring, respectful assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Support residents with mobility, hygiene, personal care, and meals
• Assist with kitchen duties, laundry, and general housekeeping
• Provide medication assistance per facility policy and state regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with team members
• Uphold Title 22 standards and resident rights at all times

Qualifications

• Caring, gentle, patient, and attentive in approach
• Reliable and responsible with strong time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• *A majority of our residents are Spanish-speaking*
• Prior caregiving experience preferred
• CNA background is a plus
• Must be registered in Guardian with a clean background
• Live Scan reimbursement provided after 90 days of successful employment

Available Shifts

• AM Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• PM Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
