CAREGIVER RESPONSIBILITIES

* Comprehensive Daily Care: Personal care, hygiene, cognitive support, and overall wellness. * Homemaking Support: Light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, hydration, and nutrition support. * Transfer Assistance: Training provided for gait belts, walkers, wheelchairs, and Hoyer lifts. * Reliable Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, errands, and social outings. * Medication Reminders: Helping clients manage their medication schedules safely. * Exercise & Mobility Support: Daily movement assistance and physical activity encouragement. * Companionship: Building trusted relationships through conversation and presence. * Monitoring & Reporting: Communicating changes in client well-being to appropriate supervisor, families, and care teams.

CAREGIVER REQUIREMENTS

* Have a reliable vehicle. * Possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance. * Pass a background, motor vehicle, CAPS and reference check. * Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds. * Must receive flu shot annually.

CAREGIVER QUALIFICATIONS

* Caregiving experience preferred, however no experience is needed as we provide all necessary training. * Compassionate, dependable, and ready to learn. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to problem solve during difficult situations.

Job Types

Full-time, Part-time.

Pay

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour.
