Duties: - Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing - Assist with meal preparation and feeding according to dietary requirements - Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment - Offer companionship and emotional support to clients - Administer medication reminders as needed - Accompany clients to appointments and outings when required - Assist with mobility, lifting, and transferring clients as necessary

Qualifications: - Prior experience in caregiving is preferred but not required; training will be provided - Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus - Ability to handle tasks such as vital signs monitoring and dementia care - Proficiency in meal preparation and following dietary guidelines - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client transportation - First aid certification is highly desirable - Comfortable working in settings such as nursing homes, group homes, or providing home care
