Elderly Caregiver (Non-Medical Home Care

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient Elderly Caregiver to provide high-quality, non-medical care to seniors in their homes. The ideal candidate is committed to promoting independence, dignity, comfort, and safety while assisting clients with daily living activities and companionship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare nutritious meals
• Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, vacuuming, and maintaining a clean living environment.
• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Escort clients to medical appointments, errands, and community activities using client vehicle.
• Remind clients to take medications as directed (medication reminders only; no medication administration unless authorized).
• Observe and report changes in the client’s physical or emotional condition to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Follow individualized care plans while respecting each client’s privacy and independence.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, home care, or healthcare experience
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and any required screenings.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours
