About the Role

The Caregiver role is dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized support to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities. This position focuses on enhancing the quality of life for clients by ensuring their safety, comfort, and emotional well-being in their own homes or care settings. The caregiver will work closely with clients and their families to understand specific needs and preferences, delivering tailored care that promotes independence and dignity. Minimum Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related healthcare role.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings as required.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation for travel to client homes is necessary.
• Training in CPR and advanced first aid.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA).
• Experience working with elderly clients or individuals with disabilities.
• Strong understanding of chronic conditions such as dementia, diabetes, or mobility impairments.
• Bilingual abilities to communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds.
