What we offer to our employees

• Hourly Rate: $17/hr. for Caregivers/PCA
• Hourly Rate: $19/hr. for Licensed CNA in VA
• Weekend shift incentive: additional $2/hr. on top of your base rate!

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality, reliable and compassionate care to our clients.
• Assist clients with ADLs, such as dressing, bathing, eating, light housekeeping, etc.
• Take client's vital signs
• Provide client transportation utilizing personal vehicle as needed (required-we provide mileage reimbursement)
• Help maintain general health and overall well-being of clients
