Job Overview

Graceful Touch Home Care LLC is hiring a Pediatric Caregiver / In-Home Support Provider to deliver one-on-one care for a child with autism in a private home setting. This position is ideal for caregivers with experience in autism support, behavioral support, sensory processing needs, or developmental delays.

Candidates with backgrounds as a Caregiver, PCA, DSP, Behavioral Aide, RBT (Registered Behavior Technician), or Childcare Provider are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide one-on-one pediatric in-home care * Support children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) * Assist with sensory regulation and structured activities * Encourage communication, engagement, and routine * Maintain a safe, calm, and supportive home environment Follow individualized care plans and agency guidelines * Communicate professionally with family and care team *

Required Qualifications

* Minimum 1 year of experience working with children * Experience with autism, developmental disabilities, or special needs preferred * Knowledge of sensory processing challenges a plus Dependable, patient, and compassionate * Ability to pass background screening and meet state requirements *
