• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Support clients with medication reminders and basic health monitoring under supervision.
• Follow personalised care plans to meet individual needs and preferences.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in client condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Support clients with light domestic chores, including meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Ensure a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and reporting hazards promptly.
• Utilise IT systems for documentation and communication purposes efficiently.

Experience

* Previous experience in nursing, caregiving, or a related healthcare field is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.

• Knowledge of care plans and basic health monitoring techniques is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.
• Proficiency in IT systems for documentation and scheduling is desirable.
• Organisational skills are important to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of care. Candidates should demonstrate empathy, patience, and excellent organisational abilities to succeed in this rewarding role.
