Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced CNA/PCA with a strong skill set in personal care and mobility assistance. This role requires reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work independently. Immediate shifts are available, with opportunities for up to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist bedbound clients with repositioning and mobility support.
• Safely operate gait belts and Hoyer lifts.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CNA or PCA experience in a home care or facility setting.
• Must be skilled in caring for bedbound clients and using gait belts and Hoyer lifts.
• Reliable personal transportation with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Willingness to travel up to 20–25 miles from assigned location.
• Clean background check and verifiable references.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, professional, and punctual.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
