We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Caregiver with Right at Home Southern Oregon. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors and vulnerable adults, providing personalized care and assistance in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role

As a Caregiver with Right at Home Southern Oregon, you will

• Provide non-medical care and companionship to seniors and vulnerable adults in their homes, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care services such as bathing and dressing
• Assist with daily living activities, such as grooming, dressing, and errand running
• Engage in conversations, play games, and participate in activities with clients to promote mental stimulation and socialization
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless care transitions and exceptional client outcomes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience as a Caregiver, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care provider preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with transfers
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
