Job Summary

As an In-Home Caregiver with Right at Home Southern Oregon, you will join a compassionate and dedicated team of caregivers who provide high-quality care to seniors and vulnerable adults in their homes. Our mission is to "In Home Care and Assistance", and we are seeking a passionate and caring individual to join our team. In this part-time role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients while working in a supportive and flexible environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and assistance with daily living activities, such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.)
• Assist clients with medication management, errands, and other daily tasks
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on their unique needs and preferences
• Collaborate with clients' families and healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive care plan
• Maintain accurate records and reports, and participate in quality care assessments

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients safely and comfortably
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
• Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality
