Pay

$13–$16 per hour, based on experience and certification

What You’ll Do

You’ll help clients with daily living activities, including:

• Bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming
• Safe transfers and mobility help around the home
• Meal and snack preparation following care plans
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping: dishes, laundry, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms
• Rides or company on errands and medical appointments
• Help with prescribed range-of-motion exercises
• Dementia and memory care support
• Companionship: conversation, reading, music, puzzles, and games

What You Need

• 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• CNA, HHA, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred but not required. We’ll train the right person.
