Share & Care for Special People, Inc. is hiring for Direct Support Professional positions! No previous experience required. This is a wonderful agency that supports individuals with disabilities in their activities of daily living.

Requirements for employment include a valid driver's license, current car insurance, reliable vehicle, and a high school diploma/GED. Please bring these items to the interview with you.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
• Foster effective communication and build relationships with clients.
• Implement behavior management strategies and support clients in achieving their personal goals.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and participate in team meetings to discuss care plans.

Pay: $19.00 per hour
