We are seeking RELIABLE, HARDWORKING, COMPASSIONATE and DEDICATED, Caregivers and STNA's, to provide essential care and assistance to our clients in nursing homes, independent living, assisted living and home environments. If this is you, We want YOU to join our Team.

Pay: $15 - $22/hr.

A successful caregiver must be willing to assist their clients with the following…

• Assist clients with daily living activities (ADL's) including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming and personal care
• Provide companionship to clients to promote mental well-being
• Engage the clients
• Cooking/Meal Preparation
• Light Housekeeping
• Medication Reminders
• Feeding
• Bathing
• Dressing/Undressing
• Grooming
• Personal Hygiene Care
• Ensure Safe Ambulation
• Assist with Transfers
• Hoyer/Sit-to-Stand Experience a plus
• Document all Care Provided

Qualifications - Caregivers are expected to

• Support clients with dementia related behaviors, sometimes difficult during daily engagement.
• Document Care Provided to keep families in the know.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality and privacy.
• Dress in Scrubs AT ALL SHIFTS (non-negotiable).
• No personal cell phone use during shifts (non-negotiable).

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• MUST be able to provide Male and Female Personal Hygiene Care.
• Proficient with care plans and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Preferred knowledge of Alzheimer’s and memory care techniques.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently when assisting clients.
• A compassionate attitude towards providing care for individuals in need is crucial.
