LiliSare is looking for a Caregiver Success Supervisor to support our Homemaker and Personal Care program. This role focuses on coaching caregivers, visiting clients, ensuring quality services, and providing excellent customer service. LiliSare provides paid training.

This is NOT a hands-on caregiving position.

You will not provide direct personal care or homemaker services. Instead, you'll serve as a coach, mentor, and quality supervisor for our caregivers while helping ensure our clients receive outstanding service.

What You'll Do

• Visit clients and caregivers in their homes throughout your assigned area.
• Conduct required supervisory visits for caregivers.
• Observe caregivers providing services and offer coaching and guidance.
• Talk with clients and families about their satisfaction with services.
• Ensure services are being provided according to the authorized care plan.
• Complete accurate documentation after each visit.
• Identify concerns and work with office staff to resolve them.
• Build positive relationships with caregivers, clients, and families.
• Travel throughout your assigned area (mileage reimbursed).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience in home care, healthcare, or a related field is preferred
• Experience or training in personal care services is preferred
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned service area, reliable transportation
