### Where is the work?

In clients' homes in Somerton, Gadsden, Cocopah, and the south county. The drives are short, the clients are your neighbors, and the office on Columbia Avenue is bilingual.

### Who are the clients?

Seniors and veterans who need help staying at home, with most of the care paid through ALTCS and the VA. That means steady, scheduled hours.

### What do caregivers do?

Personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Meals, dishes, laundry, and light housekeeping. Medication reminders. Rides to appointments and errands when the care plan includes them. Company, and a careful eye for anything that changes. Each visit gets a quick note in our mobile app, and you clock in and out by phone.

### Who does well here?

Someone with a year or more of caregiving experience, paid or unpaid, including caring for family. Someone dependable, because clients plan their day around the visit. Someone who can pass a background check and finish onboarding and training. Spanish, English, or both: many Somerton clients prefer Spanish.

### What does SYNERGY offer?
