Rellim is a social club with RN oversight, offering a fun engaging environment for seniors while providing essential relief for their caregivers.

We are looking for the kind of person who walks into a room, sees what needs to happen, jumps in, and helps create a day our seniors genuinely want to be part of.

This is an active, hands-on role. You may go from serving lunch, to leading a game, to comforting a senior, to cleaning up a spill, to helping someone in the bathroom—all while watching for disengagement, wandering, safety needs, and opportunities to help seniors connect naturally with one another.

It is essential that you

• Genuinely enjoy seniors and meet them where they are, especially those experiencing memory loss, confusion, or other dementia symptoms

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of caregiving experience
• Dementia care experience required
• CNA certification preferred but not required
• CBRF Medication Administration training preferred but not required
• Ability to assist with personal care, transfers, and mobility
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely bend, twist, and stretch
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude

• Primarily weekday daytime hours, with flexibility required for rare weekend shifts to accommodate respite care needs.
• Most holidays off; based on census needs
