Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional care, safety, and support to clients in their homes. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting clients with their daily activities, ensuring their well-being, and providing invaluable peace of mind to their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Companionship: Provide meaningful interaction, conversation, and emotional support.
• Medication Reminders: Administer or remind clients to take medications according to prescribed care plans.
• Health Monitoring: Monitor and accurately record vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, temperature).
• Mobility Support: Assist with transfers, positioning, and mobility (including heavy lifting when necessary).
• Meal Preparation: Plan, cook, and serve nutritious meals, assisting with feeding if required.
• Light Housekeeping: Perform basic tidying up, laundry, and maintaining a clean environment.
• Transportation: Accompany or drive clients to medical appointments, grocery shopping, or social outings.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date daily notes on the care provided.
