At Flat Irons Flex Care, we are dedicated to providing exceptional in-home care, and we are seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalized care to clients in their homes, focusing on their individual needs, preferences, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to each client’s needs and preferences
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed
• Assist with medication reminders and medication administration as prescribed
• Engage clients in conversation and activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation
• Report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor

Requirements

----------------

• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if applicable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
