Preferred Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking an experienced, dependable caregiver or CNA with a strong backgound in postoperative care and mobility assistance. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience caring for clients recovering from cervical spine surgery or other orthopedic procedures.
• Knowledge of safe transfers, fall prevention, mobility support, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADL's)
• The ability to maintain professional boundaries and respond calmly and appropriately to client request involving medications.
• Experience supporting clients in recovery, demonstrating patience, compassion, and nonjudgemental approach.
• Availability to commit to consistent 12-hour shifts over an anticipated 6-8 week period.
