Homewatch CareGivers of East Cobb is looking for dependable, compassionate caregivers to support seniors and adults who need assistance in their own homes throughout Austell and surrounding communities.

We know that long commutes can make an already demanding job even harder. Our goal is to connect caregivers with assignments that fit their experience, availability, and preferred service areas whenever possible.

Whether you've worked in home care for years or have experience supporting a loved one, we'd love to learn more about you.

What Your Day May Look Like

Every client is different, but your responsibilities may include

• Helping clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Providing safe mobility assistance and fall-prevention support.
• Preparing meals and assisting with everyday household routines.
• Offering companionship, conversation, and meaningful activities.
• Supporting clients living with dementia or other age-related conditions.
• Completing light housekeeping and laundry.
• Following individualized care plans and communicating concerns to the office.

What We Offer

• $16–$20/hour, based on experience and assigned client needs.

Who We're Looking For

We're interested in caregivers who are dependable, patient, and genuinely enjoy helping others.

• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA, PCA, or HHA certification is a plus.
• Experience with personal care, dementia support, or mobility assistance is especially valuable.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
• Ability to complete required background checks and employment screenings.
• Good communication skills and a commitment to treating clients with dignity and respect.
