We are looking for full and part time caregivers available to work mornings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive personal care including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary
• Monitor residents’ vital signs and health status regularly, accurately documenting changes and communicating with healthcare teams as needed
• Administer medications following prescribed protocols while maintaining detailed records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Support residents with memory care needs related to Alzheimer's disease and dementia through behavior management techniques and engaging activities
• Assist with meal preparation, ensuring nutritional needs are met while maintaining a clean and safe environment through routine cleaning task
• Collaborate with team members to develop individualized care plans that respect each resident’s preferences and needs

Qualifications

• Valid certification as a caregiver
• Experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home & community care environments preferred
• Knowledge of first aid procedures and emergency response protocols
