FULL-TIME + PART-TIME: NOC CNA/CAREGIVER

In this role, you’ll support residents with daily activities, assist the nursing team, and help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Our caregivers are an important part of our residents’ lives, and we value kindness, teamwork, and compassion in everything we do.

Duties

• Assist residents with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Provide support for residents with memory care needs, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Assist with catheter care and maintain aseptic techniques to prevent infections.
• Help residents with mobility issues by assisting in transferring or walking.
• Document residents' information accurately using electronic health record systems.
• Administer medications (required).
• Provide compassionate caregiving and support to residents in assisted living and group home settings.
• Observe and report changes in patients' conditions to healthcare professionals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in living spaces to ensure a safe environment.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting and or CBRF facility is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others, especially those requiring memory care support.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced situations while maintaining attention to detail in patient care.
