• Must have valid Arizona Caregiver Certification
• Must have current CPR certification
• Must have current AZ Level One Fingerprint card
• Must be able to pass background check and pre employment screening

Job Description

Essential Duties

• Respond to resident needs promptly and kindly.
• Assist residents in their daily living activities.
• Provide assistance at mealtime.

Transport residents as necessary assisting them into and out of bed, wheelchairs, etc. *

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess Arizona Caregiver Certification
