Responsibilities

* Provide compassionate, resident-centered care. * Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs). * Support residents with mobility, hygiene, dressing, and meals. * Monitor residents and report changes in condition. * Maintain accurate documentation. * Foster a safe, clean, and positive living environment. * Treat every resident with dignity, respect, and kindness.

Qualifications

* Current Arizona Certified Caregiver Certification (Required). * Experience caring for seniors is preferred but not required—we welcome compassionate, motivated caregivers who are eager to learn. * Dependable, professional, and team-oriented. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
