Our Team

– Home Health Aide Needed in Matawan, NJ or other surrounding servicing locations. CaliberHealth Plus is looking for compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide (HHAs) to provide quality care and support to client in the comfort of their own homes. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life every day.

Schedule & Pay

• Weekday – Morning/Afternoon Shift
• 8:00 am -3:00 pm or 9:00 am -4:00 pm shift
• Pay: $20/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
• Monitor and document vital signs when needed
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Assist with mobility and support prescribed physical therapy exercises
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

• Active CHHA certification required
• Prior caregiving or home care experience preferred
• Experience with dementia and memory care is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Ability to follow care instructions and maintain confidentiality
• English-speaking required
