Responsibilities

* Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support * Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort * Monitor and document patient health status, reporting changes to supervising nursing staff * Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition and hydration for clients * Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe home environment * Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed exercises or therapy routines * Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being

Requirements

* Valid Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification in the state of Nevada * Prior experience in home health, personal care, or a related healthcare setting preferred * CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) * Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a home environment * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred * Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor with a client-first attitude * Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
