Job Summary

* Provide direct resident care and assistance with ADLs to include bathing, dressing, hygiene care, toileting, nutrition assistance, etc. * Assist with safe resident mobility * Assist in transporting residents * Provide services to assist residents in maintaining highest level of safety and independence * Complete timely and accurate documentation * Complete tasks to assist in maintaining neatness/cleanliness of the facility * Other applicable job duties as assigned
