Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on patient care in a home health setting. The ideal candidate is reliable, compassionate, and skilled in assisting clients with both personal and basic clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
• Take and record vital signs
• Support mobility, transfers, and prescribed exercises
• Assist with positioning and comfort measures
• Observe and report changes in patient condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
• Follow care plans and state regulations
• Communicate effectively with nurses, caregivers, and families

Experience

• Active CNA license (Wisconsin)
• Home health or long-term care experience preferred
• Knowledge of patient care techniques and safety practices
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Compassionate and professional demeanor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $23.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
