What You’ll Do

* Assist residents with activities of daily living while honoring dignity, choice, and independence. * Observe residents and report changes or concerns to the licensed nurse. * Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. * Document care accurately and follow resident care plans and facility procedures. * Support teammates and contribute to a positive, resident-centered culture.
