Position Summary

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at St. Catherine, you’ll provide hands-on, compassionate care that helps residents live with dignity, comfort, and independence. You’ll play a vital role in supporting daily needs, building meaningful relationships, and contributing to a safe, supportive, and homelike environment. Working under the direction of licensed nursing staff, you’ll assist residents with daily activities, monitor their well-being, and ensure each person receives respectful, person-centered care aligned with their individual care plan.

What You’ll Do

* Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene support * Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning using safe practices and equipment * Support residents with meals and monitor intake as needed * Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs with compassion and respect * Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff * Take and record vital signs and assist with basic documentation * Support resident independence, choice, and daily routines * Build positive, respectful relationships with residents, families, and team members * Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment * Follow care plans, safety guidelines, and infection control procedures
