Job Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for assisting with unit/patient care needs under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. Has full access to patient health information. May have access to medication storage areas (excluding controlled substances) as related to job responsibilities.

Schedule

• Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Day Shift).
• Enhanced Earnings: Shift differential pay included for hours worked between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
• Flexibility: Self Scheduling.

Requirements: * High school graduate or equivalent required unless a current high school student participating in the CATS program for the NC * Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required through American Heart Association or the American Red Cross. * Listed with North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services Division of Health Service Regulation in good standing. * Must possess full range of body motion to pass a basic FIT test to include bending, stooping, standing and sitting for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
