Certified Nursing Assistant 2nd shift 2-10pm or 3-11pm

Description

Duties

* Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse * Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding * Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse * Assist with sterile processing and maintaining a clean and safe environment * Provide support to patients with special needs, including those with behavioral health conditions ### Pay & Benefits

Starting base pay: $20.40 per hour

Additional pay premiums

• Full-Time Status Premium: +$3.00/hour
• Part-Time Status Premium: +$2.00/hour
• Shift Differential: +$4.00/hour for the 2-10p, 3-11p and 11-7am shifts

Potential Earnings

• Full-Time employees on eligible shifts: $27.40/hour ($20.40+ $3.00 + $4.00)
• Part-Time employees on eligible shifts: $26.40/hour ($20.40+ $2.00 + $4.00)

Requirements: * Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant * Knowledge of sterile processing techniques and infection control protocols * Familiarity with medical record systems such as Point Click Care * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks * Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
