*Key Responsibilities* * Assist residents with meals, bathing, dressing, and winding down for the night. * Mobility: Support residents with transfers and comfort. * Teamwork: Partner with nurses and log accurate electronic health records (EHR).

*Qualifications* * Current New York State CNA Certification * High school diploma or equivalent * Strong communication skills and a reliable, team-player attitude
